About Me
I am originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and my journey has taken me from the corporate world into the field of mental health. I began my career as an accountant, gaining firsthand experience in the fast-paced and demanding business environment. However, over time, I realized my true calling was helping people navigate life's challenges, which led me to transition into education and, ultimately, clinical mental health counseling.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Adult Therapy Director, I specialize in working with adults and couples, focusing on parenting, relationships, communication, and life transitions. I provide a safe and compassionate space for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma, helping them heal and build resilience.
My work extends beyond individual therapy—I am also passionate about fostering mental well-being within corporate environments. I help businesses integrate practices that support and nurture mental health among their employees, recognizing that a healthy workplace culture leads to happier, more productive teams. To support this, I offer tailor-made presentations for workplaces, designed to address stress management, work-life balance, and effective communication, all while promoting a supportive professional environment.
Being bilingual in English and Spanish, I use my cultural background to connect with a diverse range of clients, ensuring that language and cultural differences are never a barrier to mental health support. My approach is centered on building trust, walking alongside my clients, and empowering them to move toward greater well-being and fulfillment—whether in their personal lives or within their organizations.
If you are looking for personalized mental health support or seeking strategies to enhance well-being in your workplace, I’d love to help. Let’s start the conversation.
